Bad Seller: Gomywireless!

Imagine my surprise when I purchase a 0.01 cell phone to find that I have to PAY $189 for it? Yeah, uhh, this violates Ebay’s TOS, multiple ways:
A> Charging users more than what they agreed to pay.
B> Forcing users to buy a product elsewhere, rather than on E-Bay
C> Misleading E-Bay users
Of course, they refused to provide the product for 0.01, and I, of course, refused to pay THEM $189. Funny thing is, I picked the SAME phone up for the exact same price ($189) elsewhere. I just refuse to pay THEM $189, as they are nothing but a bunch of frauds, ripoffs, and thieves. They operate a cell site as well (gomywireless dot com), make sure you don’t do business THERE either! Definite fraud!
