About EBAY Warning
Who are we? What do we do? Why this website? Well, that can all be answered hopefully right in here.
The goal of EBay warning is to allow individuals to post transactions that have just gone bad, thoughts about E-Bay itself, and warn users about potential problems.
This website came about after the recent EBay changes that affected sellers in two ways
- Sellers are now REQUIRED to leave feedback for buyers
- Sellers must now leave POSITIVE feedback for buyers
Essentially, we are here to provide a place for sellers AND buyers (though we’ll emphasize the sellers, because buyers still have a viable place to handle issues, and sellers do not) to come and share their issues and their problems.
We are NOT a “venting” ground, though we will (obviously) accept complaints towards E-Bay and their system. We do NOT want this to turn into an “ebaysucks” site, like “paypalsucks”, more of a way for individuals to warn of problems that have come up when dealing with users, ebay themselves, and ebay in general.
This site is about E-Bay, not paypal it’s sister company. Keep this in mind when dealing with things.
You’re welcome to post transactions (not personal information such as email, name, phone, etc, however) here, and you’re also more than welcome to post communications you have with the buyer , seller, or ebay themselves (again, just remember no personal information). All you have to do to post these, is to register for an account. That’s really all you have to do.
